4 AXIS CNC machine with multi-spindle high technology, ideal for cutting, milling/shapping, drilling, groving, tenoning and mortizing on long shaped elements up to 3400 mm or 1500 mm + 1500 mm working on 2 components continuously in 1 engine position. Comec MD TOP XL, a very complex machine, reduce man power and reduce electrical load. This Comec MD TOP XL Machine Configuration:

  • 1 Vertical Electrospindle for cutting/tenon (c-axis)
  • 1 Vertical Electrospindle for milling/profile/mortize
  • 5 Vertical Drilling point to point
  • 3+3 Front/Back Horizontal drilling
  • 3+3 Right/Left (Lateral) Horizontal drilling
  • 2 Horizontal Electrospindle for milling/mortizing

The Comec MD TOP XL machine can work for both solid and panel components (max. 300 mm wide). It is suitable for components of Garden Furniture and Indoor Furniture.
